How do I request a free trial?
Submit the free trial form. We review requests and then provide a trial tenant or next-step guidance — instant provisioning depends on operations policy.
How is Demo different from Trial?
Demo is a shared sandbox that may reset. A trial is usually your own tenant for a real evaluation.
Where do I see plan prices?
When public pricing is enabled, amounts appear on the pricing page; otherwise contact us. Signed-in users can also review plans in Billing.
Is data isolated by tenant?
Yes. Business data is scoped by tenant. Cross-tenant tools are limited to explicitly authorized platform operations and are audited.
Is SmartBiz multilingual?
The UI supports Traditional Chinese, English, Spanish, and more depending on deployment. Switch language on the site or after sign-in.
Can I license only some modules?
Yes — capabilities are modular. What you can enable depends on plan and Feature Gate settings.
How do mobile apps work with the web?
Field teams can handle quotes and lookups in mobile apps while administrators manage masters and settings on the web. Availability depends on license and release status.
How do I contact support?
